Residents can earn a $200.00* Referral Fee if they refer a qualified applicant who rents an apartment in our community.

Terms and Conditions:

• Resident must be a leaseholder;
• Resident must email the Leasing Office the names of the resident/sponser and applicant/referral before applicant makes initial contact with the Leasing Office;
• Applicant must sign a one-year lease and pay the first 2 months’ rent in order for the Referral Fee to be earned.
